Compassionate, Cash-Based Care
Koch Physical Therapy is a cash-based practice. This means I do not accept any insurance. I do accept HSA/FSA options, as well as checks and credit/debit cards. Being out-of-network allows for longer appointments, individualized treatment, and complete focus on your care -- not insurance restrictions.
If you would like to seek possible reimbursement through your insurance, I’m happy to provide the necessary billing codes for self-submission.
I do NOT have a relationship with Medicare, so I am unable to provide skilled covered services to Medicare beneficiaries at this time.

Dr. Jessica Koch, PT
Hi there! I'm Dr. Jessica Koch, a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy for women and children. While I still treat many orthopedic conditions like headaches and back pain, I have truly found my passion in helping women and children overcome uncomfortable situations and symptoms like pelvic pain, urine & stool leakage, and urinary urgency & frequency.
I look forward to helping you and your family with any aches & pains or pelvic floor issues that may be holding you back from enjoying life to the fullest!
